Thank you for choosing PowHonhinen. We are dedicated to delivering your orders safely, securely, and in compliance with all relevant hazardous materials (lithium-ion battery) shipping regulations.
### 1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are typically processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
* You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We primarily ship via certified ground carriers (e.g., FedEx Ground, UPS Ground) compliant with dangerous goods handling standards.

Note: Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (3-7 days).
### 3. Shipping Restrictions (Important for Lithium Batteries)
Due to airline safety regulations and federal transport restrictions on high-capacity lithium-ion batteries:
* We CANNOT ship battery products to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
* We currently do not offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other offshore territories.
* Standard expedited air services (Overnight / 2-Day Air) are not available for battery packs due to air safety limitations.
### 4. Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your shipment tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking status to update online.
### 5. Damages in Transit & Inspection
Lithium-ion batteries require careful handling:
* Please inspect the outer packaging immediately upon delivery.
* If you notice significant package damage, crushing, or leakage, do not attempt to install or charge the battery. Take clear photos/videos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
